CURRENT TEAM MEMBERS: 

1. Uniform fitting, Thursday, June 3rd at 11 am.  Meet in the gym.  Do not be late!  Remember, we are getting new skirts, so if you do not want to attend the fitting, you will need to email me the skirt size you want before Thursday.  All new team members need to be fitted.

The 2010 College Nationals Showoff was a great success!  Thank you to all of the teams that came out to perform: Joliet Junior College, Univ of Illinois All-Girl, Illinois State Univ Competitive team, and Northern Illinois University.  We had over 300 people in attendance to support these teams!  Lewis will host this event again next year, in late March, so mark your calendars!

The Carl Sandburg High School cheer competition will be held on Sunday, December 5, 2010.

  NATIONALS UPDATE

The Lewis Cheer team once again competed successfully at the NCA Collegiate National Championship, help in Daytona Beach, Fl.  Once again successfully making the finals competition, our cheer team placed 5th in the All Girl Division II category.  This is the second highest placing Lewis University has taken at this competition, placing 4th last year.  Having placed in the top ten for the last three years in a row, Lewis is really making a name for themselves in this division.  Congratulations to all of the 2009-2010 team members!
